If you hold a metered entitlement for unsupplemented water, you can submit your meter reading/s online by entering your client reference number and meter reference number below.
- If you have multiple meters, you will need to submit separate readings for each meter.
- Ensure you enter all digits displayed on the meter.
- Find out how to read your meter.
- If you have identified, or suspect, a fault with your meter, you are required to select the option that best describes the issue and provide a reading if displayed on your meter. Meter faults must be reported to the department within 3 business days.
