  • If you have multiple meters, you will need to submit separate readings for each meter.
  • Ensure you enter all digits displayed on the meter.
  • Find out how to read your meter.
  • If you have identified, or suspect, a fault with your meter, you are required to select the option that best describes the issue and provide a reading if displayed on your meter. Meter faults must be reported to the department within 3 business days.
